Verandas
Article 22 of DPP 18.03.2025 no. 6 stipulates that every condominium owner may apply to the relevant local council for permission to build a veranda. Certain requirements must be met:
1) the building must have existed before 4.9.2007;
2) the maximum area of 8% of the gross floor area of the flat is not exceeded;
3) energy values are complied with;
4) distances from boundaries are complied with. No volume acquisition or consent from other co-owners is required.
